Midas offers its customers Wireless Coverage Planning services.
Midas's wireless solutions such as BroadbandcorDECT do not require frequency planning as Dynamic Channel Allocation is in-built into them. But they do require good coverage planning to optimize the coverage in a given area.
Midas has deployed its wireless solutions over rural, sub-urban and urban geographies in terrains ranging from plains to hilly areas and subscriber densities varying from sparse to high.
Midas has over 12 years of experience in coverage planning and has a dedicated team of experts with field-proven expertise to assist its customers.

Remote Support
Midas has a dedicated 24 x 7 customer support centre for its customers. Midas's Customer Support engineers can remotely monitor the performance of their customers network through various tools and software that Midas has specially developed to provide such services.
