The ^LightGSM BTS provides GSM hotspot coverage over the standard GSM air interface. Standards compliant GSM phones can avail voice and SMS services in this coverage area. The BTS is designed as compact and low power unit for ease of maintenance and installation. The BTS has provision for power input from alternate energy sources, like solar power, suited for deployment in rural locations.
